You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide educational content and guidance. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI responses are provided for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice
  • You should verify important information independently
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

5. Payment and Refunds

If the Service includes paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase if you are a consumer. Contact us for refund requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

For any disputes, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may have the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of your country of residence or before the competent courts of our country of establishment.

9. Changes to Terms
